We worked with Barbara Cimino and enjoyed absolutely every moment. Barbara is possibly one of the best wedding vendors I have ever met. She worked with us as we made changes and quickly adapted during our reception to a small miscommunication that we had.

We were hesitant to hire a DJ, every has heard numerous horror stories, but let me tell you that every word on his website rings true. He is a truly wonderful DJ and can really read the crowd. He was mingling and asking for suggestions and everyone had a fabulous time. I am so impressed with him! He is also an AMAZING guitarist, he played acoustic guitar for our wedding processional and it was enchanting. I would recommend him to anyone.

The Tlaquepaque venue is absolutely breath-taking. They are wonderful to work with, very responsive to phone calls and emails. Their fees are quite resonable for the beautiful location. The staff are professional and courteous. I'd also like to note that we received our security deposit back within a week!

Absolutely a pleasure to work with! They are upfront and cheerful and happy to help. There is also a 10% discount that they can offer you if you pay in full. The alterations costs were very reasonable and done impeccably well. Suzanne, the owner, is also one of the many seamstresses on staff and she is amazing.

Bliss has a very good reputation in Sedona, however Amy Mills is a very poor communicator. She was unresponive to emails and to phone calls despite the fact that she charges a $150 "communication fee". Approximately 3 months before our wedding I made a big change to the color scheme. Garnet was supposed to be featured in every floral arrangement from personal flowers to tablescapes. When the flowers were delivered they were in the original color palette that we had discussed 12 months ago. The flowers were also bruised and wilting. I was appalled that when we called Bliss and read directly from the email with the updated contract that included the garnet, that the staff seemed baffled. I am incredibly disappointed by Amy Mills. She offered us a full refund, but we had to call her 2-4 times a week for 2 months to get a check. When we ended up getting our refund check it was made out to my maiden name and did NOT include the entire amount we paid. All in all I am done calling Bliss to make this right. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
