Weddingbee boards

I was almost happy that a large number of people were unable to attend our winter wedding as this meant there was lots of leftover cake!! Not only did the cake look amazing and taste out-of-this world delicious, Jennifer was also a delight to work with! She did miss a few emails, but a phone call quickly cleared up any problems (at the time she was having computer issues). She even did TWO cake tastings for us - one for my hubby's family and one for mine a month before the wedding when they flew in for thanksgiving. I am counting the months til our anniversary so that we can have more of Jennifer's wonderful cake!

Initially Sarah was very responsive and helpful - she put together a custom package to include everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. We had a bridal session a month before the wedding which went great - I had all my photos back within two weeks and there was more than enough time to get photos framed for us to present to the mothers at the wedding in December of 2009. Unfortunately, after the wedding her responsiveness declined considerably. It took a while to get access to the online gallery (around February of 2010). As expected, some of the photos were absolutely stunning, some were ok and a few weren't great. One thing that was not her fault was that scheduling did not allow us to send in our album choices until May of 2010. She then told us that it would be just a few weeks until our albums arrived. When the albums had not arrived by mid-July, we contact her, only to find that her website email had been down since June. She responded via another email that our albums had been backordered but were now on their way to her. According to her next email, they arrived at her studio around the third of August. They did not arrive until the 25th of August, and several more problems arose - some of the photos were oddly discolored (everything had a strong rosy tint), the DVD of all the images was missing, my mother in law was missing one of her pictures but got a double of another pictures, and somehow my parents got our album and we got theirs. I emailed her about the problem and asked for reimbursement of shipping costs of getting my parents' albums and mine to the right location, which she agreed to, and she also agreed to look over the discolored photos to see what could be done. I emailed her to check wher the pic identification numbers were on the actual photographs and then never heard back from her. I am in the process of writing a letter to demand a refund for the albums. In short, she takes wonderful pictures,and is a great person, but save yourself the time and just get the DVD of images to make the albums yourself.
