DJ Jensen from Impact Design was our lead contact - he was referred to us by our friend, and we also referred him to another friend. He's a down to earth and very professional guy - he takes the time to meet you and go over your vision and play list with you.rnrnGreat prices, great value, great service. We rented projector from them too. The only hiccup we had was that our music stopped twice during dancing time, and our sound didn't come thru initially when playing the slideshow. Other than that, nothing major happened. We were pleased with them and would refer them again to our friends.

The stars reflects the questions on "quality of service", "responsiveness", professionalism, value, flexibility. I have it all 2.5 to 3 stars because the shop is not the most responsive nor has the best service in terms of listening to the customer.rnrnThis review is for their final product which I am pretty happy about - that deserves 4.5stars. rnrnNatalini Flowers is the most expensive florist I spoke to, but yet I went with them because of the photos I saw online and in their shop. The owner is extremely busy and doesn't seem to stop and listen and try to fully understand what you want.rnrnOn my wedding day, I feel like I got "half" of what i envisioned, but nonetheless it was a beautiful decoration and it looked like a high class florist/wedding. My wedding decoration was not what i truly wanted but they also didn't dissapoint me in the sense that my wedding looked fancy because of the arrangements I received.rnrnOverall, if I had to do it all over again, I would still hire them, but I need to make sure the owner really hears what I have to say and ask her to give me HER vision and repeat it back to me. rn
