Weddingbee boards

My driver was 15minutes late picking me to take me to my ceremony. We had extra time, so it wasn't a big deal. But I did manage to call the company asking them where is my driver before he drove up. The driver would not let anyone in the car until he had the money in his hand and then proceeded to count it! So tacky! He was not nice and did not help anyone in the limo. Then from the ceremony to the reception site he was very rude again and had the nerve to ask my guests where he was going!!! He was supposed to make 2 round trips, which took him 1hr and 15min to get back to the ceremony to pick up the second group which were taking pictures in the meantime. 3 of my guests just ended up taking cabs defeating the purpose of my limo. I was also told that there was blaring 80's music in the limo too. I contacted this company a week later, and they offered us some kind of discount on my next booking. We politely told them there would not be a next booking and they did nothing. We even asked them to look on the GPS to see if our driver was "stuck in traffic" when it took him 1hr and 15min to get back to the ceremony site. And they NEVER got back to us. The lady on the phone was nice, which surprised me when there was no follow-up. The driver of the second car was nice and did a fine job, and we tipped him extra and told him not to share with the other driver!
