I have been to Dutchess Manor numerous times and it's food and service are absolutely out of this world. It is a little country, view of the river- very quaint. But also, keep in mind that people tend to voice their bad experiences more often than they will their good ones. I always feel that for every bad experience, there are at least&nbsp;10 good ones. And I found the page you found, and the most recent review is fabulous and they were the ones having the wedding! Take everything you read with a grain of salt.
