Lauderdale and I too was having trouble finding an officiant since the pastor we wanted was booked up on our day. I found some names on Theknot.com. Just type in location and then officiant and it will give you some names. We are going to meet with one next week. i would recommend meeting with a couple or maybe attending one of their services to see how they speak. Photos, video, flowers, food, drink, etc. Zaphire is the name of the hall.</p>
