Ok, so I got sucked into looking at the personalized stamps from zazzle....found some really cute ideas to incorporate how we met wit these!!!! Totally got me excited to be able to put a little something on their to send out the invitiations and save the dates with where/how we met.... They are a bit pricy (shee of 20 for $20.60) and not sure if it would be worth it to do custom stamps? Has anyone gotten stamps from here and what are your thoughts on using them are they worth it or not? Are there any other websites that are cheaper?

I just purchased my dream dress yesterday, and it's in Maggie Sottero's "antique gold". I think I want to wear a veil, but I can't decide what goes with gold. Haven't seen many gold veils out there. Ivory? I was also thinking about playing with a white/gold bridal dupatta, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I love the veil I posted (found here on WB) but I can't afford that. I guess I could attempt to make a toned down recreation but wow, that seems overwhelming.

Hello Bees!   I just found out about Muscari Designs and their beautiful flower pins but the webiste is no longer working.  Does anyone know if they're still in business?  Anyone else wearing a silk flower in their hair on the big day?  Thanks!

Ladies, I will be wearing a strand of pearls my grandparents gave me when I graduated from college.  They are beautiful but not in line with my style exactly.  I would love to add something to them to make them more me.  Have any of you ever heard of or seen pendants that can be placed on pearl necklaces and then removed? I want one of these sooo bad, but I have the feeling that it will just slide down and be really annoying all day. Has anyone ever worn one of these? If it will stay in place, I will buy one.. but I'm really thinking it will end up being more of a nuisance.

After trying on all kinds of veils with my dress and it looks amazing with a catherdral length with crystals all throughout.  Of course, the cheapest I've been able to find like this is $400 and I just don't want to pay that!  So I was thinking I could buy a plain veil then add the rhinestones to it?  Sound like a good idea, or like I'm getting myself into a big hole of crap? lol  let me know what you think, or if you've done this tell me about it!

So, I just got an awesome deal! My mother and I are going to make my veil. I just bought 4 yards of white illusion tulle online for $1.88/yd. My grandmother is giving me a pearl-headed hat pin to attach it. My grand total for my veil? $8.59! I'm making a cathedral length drop veil, btw. I was just wondering if you bees could give a clear understanding of this. Is there a protocol on what to wear on your head? What are the rules to wearing a veil? I am not getting married, not even engaged, I was just wondering.    Thanks!

Yes bees, today was the big 3-0 birthday!  And some of you know that I was feeling a little down (just a little) from a <a href="http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/turning-30">previous post</a>, but ya'll cheered me up, so thanks for that!!  It was a wonderful day, but this evening was even better!!  The Fi took me to my favorite sushi spot and then gave this to me for my bday!!
