I am thinking a black and white wedding (with some accent color) will be fabulous and I would have the ceremony and reception in the same place (www.rigsbeehall.com)</p> <p>Have any ideas of how to pull this off on a VERY low budget?</p> <p>Also, what do you think about having the reception (new years eve party) before the actual ceremony. That way, I bring in the new year with friends and family, and then wake up the next day and get married.
