I don't know what the proper way is to address my in-laws. The most natural thing for me to do would be to call them by their first names, but I don't know if they want that.&nbsp; My parents told my hubby straightaway that he should call them by their first names, so he's got no issue.</p> <p>Until the wedding my inlaws they were Mr and Mrs to me, but it's unnatural to call your inlaws that once you're married, I think.&nbsp; I've asked my husband to ask them what they want to be called and whether I can call them by their first name, but he's resisting that conversation. I have been trying to scour sites looking for Dominican customs since no one from his family was married through the church. He is taking his catholocism classes and we'll be married on Sept 6th 2009 where he will also receive 1st Communion and Confirmation. I am so lucky to have been able to be with him these past 10 years and now we'll be together with God's blessing til the very end.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Anyone know about Dominican catholic customs?
