Go for it!  I think it lends some uniqueness to the wedding!  I think it's cool. I myself am wearing cowboy boots under my dress :D

Alright blue-shoed brides, I need your opinion. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of the pop of color of the blue from under the dress (and it's going to be a nice, pouffy dress) BUT this is autumn in Vermont we're talking about here with bridesmaids in a variety of fall colors (oranges, coppers, etc.). Do I defy tradition (in more than one way) and go for the complete surprise of blue shoes (they will be the ONLY blue thing in the wedding)? I'm not totally crazy about wearing ivory shoes (seems a little too plain for me) and I don't like any shoes that I've seen in the orange family. Sooooo.....the floor is yours!

I'm going to be a blue shoe bride! I am on the look out for cobalt or royal blue shoes- I want a Punch! of color! I found a pair of flats for the reception, but I want some short heels for the ceremony and so far, no luck. I keep falling in love with different shoes, only to find they're no longer made, not in my size, too high a heel, etc. Terrible!   Here are some inspiration pictures!

I'm wearing blue shoes! I say go for whatever colour blue you love :) No one will notice either way.
