I'm in Canada too and am a big fan of online shopping..but luckily two of my best friends (actually my MOH and one of my BMs) both live in the States so I ship to their addresses and they mail to me. However, since you say you don't have that option I would highly recommend looking into a mail forwarding service such as Bongo (bongous.com) or myus.com.   These sorts of services provide you with an American shipping address and then forward your shipments onto you..they are BRILLIANT! Just google "American shipping address" and you should find a bunch of info on it.
