Hi, I'm Howard, the owner of Coco Myles, and I'm a little surprised about the comments above, especilaly since we've had a really good track record with WeddingBee brides.

We send swatches free of charge to anyone who asks for them so I don't know why you would've been given grief about ordering a swatch and then not buying a dress. In fact, once we send swatches to someone, we don't follow up with calls or emails to even inquire about their ordering from us. We always leave it up to the customer to contact us about buying. And the only time we suggest that a customer order right away is when we're running into a timing issue (e.g., 8 weeks or less until the wedding).

We, and a good number of our customers, believe our Jewel Blue is a good match to Tiffany's blue, but we do realize that color matching is somewhat subjective --- which is why we send swatches free upon request. In any event, we do apologize if you experienced grief or pressure in your dealings with us. I promise that high pressure sales tactics are definitely not part of our philiosophy.

I'm sure you're busy with your wedding planning and all else that life has to offer, but, if you could, I'd appreciate your emailing me (via my profile) to let me know a little bit more about your experience since it runs contrary to how we run our business. Thanks and good luck with your wedding plans!

I second the material wasn't quite up to par. I ordered samples and they had a cheap sheen to the fabric, a really low thread count, and was a pretty thin fabric. I wasn't impressed, so I didn't order. Plus I wasn't happy that their customer service convinced me this certain blue was the exact shade of Tiffany and put alot of pressure on me to order on the spot and gave me grief for ordering a swatch. Color came in and it was the furthest thing for Tiffany, it was definately a jade color.

I got a bridesmaids dress from Coco Myles. The sizing seemed pretty accurate. One thing is that I felt the material wasn't the highest quality, although I don't think people were able to tell. One thing is that it one of a seam came loose on the inside, and I kept getting poked by a piece of plastic. But wearing it just for one night, it was fine.

Anyone ever order from cocomyles.com? Site allows you to design dresses. I have gotten quick response email and they are sending me swatches. Any experiences to report - good or bad? Or any recommendation of online sites?
