I need help finding locations for our June 2009 beach wedding in Hilton Head. I'm beginning to think I'm crazy for deciding to get married in a place I have never been.

We plan to have our ceremony on the beach (private hopefully...) and would like to have a place to have an outdoor reception with a place for rain back-ups for both events. We're thinking we might have 100 guests (wishful thinking since we're from Ohio), but I'm honestly expecting 40ish. Anyone have ideas? I have a huge list, but I'm wondering if there is anything less expensive than what I have found so far.

If I decided to rent a beach house and hold the ceremony/reception there, what would be the best route to go in order to find a decent house that is big enough on a private beach?
