I didn't even pay the fee to have mine rushed and I got it back in a week...had my birth certificate back a few days after that. We went to Puerto Vallarta for 8 days and stayed at an all-inclusive and we only spent about $2000 for the 2 of us and that included our airfare. Way cheap and the hotel was brand new. We are going to the Dominican Republic and staying in Punta Cana for 8 days at the Moon Palace and we got a awesome deal for our honeymoon.</p> <p>I would for sure get your passport. Tampa, FL area would be great, but anywhere that we can go for a week to ten days for under $2k would be wonderful.</p>
