I've suffered with insomnia off and on and the biggest thing that finally helped me was to stop TRYING to go to sleep. Sounds like you did that last night and it's actually better for you to just listen to your body, because I bet you will sleep great tonight!!

I just have to work (daycare..pretty laid back) from 7-1:30, and then, if needed, I can nap. And I dont have anything until class at 6:30...and we are just watching a movie in there tonight...so I'm not too worried...but I'm not tired..I would have just laid there...irritated because I couldn't fall asleep...

Thanks though!

Yeah, I'm still up....I would have to get up in about an hour, so I'm not going to bed...but I'm sure I'll go to bed after my night class tomorrow, so maybe around 9, then it should be reset, and I'll be back on track.

Go to bed! Three hours is better than nothing, try and take a nap tomorrow, and go to bed at a decent hour tomorrow night (to reset your sleep cycle)

So, It's currently 2:43, and I have to get up at 6 to go to work. I have homework I could be doing....so if I stay up it's not like I have nothing to do. But I was wondering if I should just stay up, would it be easier, or should I really go to bed and get those few hours of sleep. Will the 3 hours makes me more tired tomorrow or should I just stay up....what do you all night owls think out there?
