o i'm sorry for not being clear with my explanation .. i meant using the scrub too often can leave your skin feeling raw and make it dry.it also leaves your pores wide open making your pores create more oil if you're already oily. if you've got teeny tiny pores then, this is not the case for you.

but then again it's a different case in everyone~

i just personally find that arbonne has been really gentle on my confused (doesn't know if it's dry or oily depending on weather, hormones) skin.

@ nc80120: i currently use the FOR: oily during the day & FOR: dry at night.

<h2> </h2>

I love t he Fc5 stuff... so Jina "<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px">you're feeling oily because the product is drying out your skin" does taht mean the mostirizer isnt doing its job or right for me then? I love love love their clenser and the Fc5 scrub, i only use it twice a week. I called the rep and she thinks I should switch to the mostrizer for oily skin, and thats soo odd since I never had oily skin in my life, my skin is always dry or normal.

I had a friend sell that..she quit after a year.

I am a bare minerals girl myself...she kept wanting me to try try try it..It might have been good, but I break out all over the place with wrong makeup.

Once I let a friend of mine who sells Mary Kay give me a makeover with their products..I was broken out in an hour flat.

me me me!!! i started using arbonne about a year ago ... used the RE9 in the winter and recently switched to the FC5. (i love it)

are you using the scrub on your face? if you are, then the problems you're having with the scrub is normal. with any scrubs, in fact. which is why i never recommend using "scrubs" with little grainy granules to exfoliate your skin. it opens your pores and leaves it prone to more dirt. you're feeling oily because the product is drying out your skin and your body is creating the oils to compensate for the loss ... (i hope i'm making sense)

try using a soft bristle toothbrush and the facial cleanser to exfoliate your face.

i hope this works for you~ Arbonne is pricey but have such great products ... and it's green!!!

I too have used Arbonne in the past. It worked great for me for a few months and then it stopped. I use Merle Norman make-up, have since I was 13, their products never break me out, could try them.

I have used arbonne products in the past. I did like them, but I felt like they were to pricey for what you get. I did like the results, but not enough to pay the money for them. The only product I really liked was the eye cream. I didn't break out from any of the products but it has happened in the past with other product lines. Usually its just a period of adjustment to the new products or it may be to much for your skin. Just depends on your skin type and what products you are using.

I LOVE Amino Genesis... you can get them on Ebay for a pretty good price.... & great results!

I met an arbone rep at a bridal show. I loved their salt scrub and decided to give their face products a chance. I use to use boots, oil of olay.. pretty much anything cheap. So far I love the arbone cleansers and my skin tone has improved. BUT now I have been getting zits (never use too) and by mid afternoon my face just feels super oily. Anyone have the same experience? I've been using the product for about a month and 1/2 now, so is it just my skin adjsuting? Any other products you would recommend? I'm using their FC5 line, OMG love the scrub! And the anti aging eye cream.
