I have to say if I were you, I would wear the two veils separately. Keep it simple & classic. And can I just say you look AMAZING in your dress?? It looks like it was made for you! Stunning.

I haven't seen anyone wear the two veils combined like that.  I have seen birdcage veils that are short in the front and then are long in the back.  But it's all the same material.  I'd say either buy a veil that's like that, or wear each of your veils separately.  Maybe one for the ceremony and one for the reception.

Miss Damask, Thank you for asking this question! I was wondering the same thing for myself and am so happy that someone found a photo of Jessica Alba in Fantastic Four! (Thank you crebre80!)  I'm not alone. he he he I love how chic and glamorous the birdcage veil looks and I too want to use it as a blusher but am also conflicted about the differing materials.  Since I have some time until I get married yet, I think I will try and find a way to coordinate them.  Lucky me, my Maid of Honour works in the fashion industry and can help me sort this one out. Wear both together if you want (ala Alba) or save the long one just for pics. But you bought the birdcage so it's obviously your fave. @MissDamask We are dress twins! I just ordered mine and don't have any pics of it except for the designer's website, so I was SO excited to see a picture of it on you, a real bride!  You look stunning - and I love seeing what you did with the bustle and the accessories, etc. As for the question at hand - Personally I would do one or ther other. I agree with what some others said, that both together is a little bit distracting and your face and the dress are both so gorgeous, I would keep it simple.  Between the two separate veils though, now that's a tossup, they're both great! @Akalk The dress is Anjolique 930

The birdcage veil is super cute.  I got one too its a shorter version.  I got a feather hair piece from <a href="http://www.radokri.com">www.radokri.com</a>. I just have to decide how to wear the veil and piece together.  Either have the veil diagonal across my face or just going straight across.  What do you guys think is better?  I will attach the feather piece over the comb part of the veil.
