I am a big layerer. I always go to bed with socks and wake up in the morning with them off.

It could just be the change of season but if it keeps up:

It could be hormonal. You might try taking a fish oil supplement and/or if you like fish - eat more of it along with other "good fat" like nuts and avocados. Your body needs fat to produce hormones. It can also be a sign of thyroid issues (hormone) and you can do a basal temperature test yourself:http://www.wholehealthclinic.com/dis/basal_temperature_test.htm If your basal temp falls under the norm, I would see a doctor.

Hmmm I find it easier to sleep when I'm cold than hot. In the winter I keep the thermostat down at night and I can cuddle up under the blankets (I find that if I keep my shoulders covered, my body heat makes a perfectly-temperatured cocoon). In the summer, I put a fan on my bed and do the same thing :)

Do you wear socks? For some reason, I find it a lot easier to feel comfortable when my feet are covered up. Haha, I know that's weird, but if my feet are cold, then the rest of me feels HOT and alltogether uncomfortable.

Can you do blankets/wraps instead of changing the thermostat up and down all the time?

I DO have low blood pressure! But it is because I am prone to dehydration. But then when I drink to get my body working again, the coldness whatever I am drinking makes me even colder.

Um, that is so me! I think because I thrash around a lot in bed, because otherwise I am usually cold! So I open our window at night, and R gets upset because then he's cold.

Do you tend to me cold more often than hot? My doctor told me once that because I have low blood pressure, I get cold more easily. My hands even turn blue when they're too cold! It's called Reynaud's, and it's the fastest way to freak people out, haha.

See? Now I am cold already. This has to be psychological, right?

I can never get comfortable. When I get into bed, it is the worst. I am either too hot or two cold. I get up, go downstairs, adjust the thermostat by 1-2 degrees, and then in 30 minutes I have to go set it again in the other direction. I am sure some of it is OCD, but why can I never just be comfortable!?

Right now I am hot. On my way to adjust again.
