He lived in Ontario and I lived 600km away in Montreal. To be fair, it was not too bad since I went up to visit him every 2-3 weeks (and sometimes he would come and visit for a weekend inbetween) and I would stay with him for weeks at a time.&nbsp;</p> <p>I just recently moved in with him&nbsp;though! When we first started dating, we lived 2 hours apart. We dated for 3 months before we ever really got to spend any time together. I started spending one weekend a month with him, and he would come spend the alternating weekend with me. FI moved to his parent's hometown in February (which is an hour away) because of several family situations, and we actually spend less time together now than we did when he lived the extra hour away. We really only spend 24 hours together a week, which is really frustrating when you're planning a wedding. He's working full time and going to school, but he'll graduate (finally) inDecember 2011. He should have been done this December, but he changed schools and majors, so... we wait. We've been trying to figure out how we're going to handle everything, since after he graduates he'll be working here where I live, and his parents are VERY against us living together before marriage, even if it means saving money, which I resent since he's been living on his own and paying his own way for 3 years, not to mention the fact he's an adult... But, that's just the evidence of our different upbringings... Hopefully we won't be "LD" up until right before the wedding or we'll never pull it off.</p>
