Nashville Wraps has a great set of eco-friendly packaging. You can buy in groups of 25 (or larger). They also have recylced tissue paper.

http://www.nashvillewraps.com/pages/recycled_packaging/showpage.ww?page=recycled

Good luck!

This site offers some recycled/reusable bags: http://www.cscpromo.com/eco-friendly.aspx

They do have big minimum quantities, but they're customizable (and they offer eco-friendly ink!)

In my area, the supermarkets like Giant and Safeway sell reusable grocery bags for only $.99. Sometimes they say the name of the grocery store on them, but I have also seen ones that don't. Also, Ace hardware stores often sell these kinds of bags, or you can order them online.

http://www.onebagatatime.com/index.php?page=order

I second the vote for reusable bags. They can be somewhat expensive, so we ended up buying fabric and my super-crafty mom is sewing them herself.

Another green idea is to get your guests a bag they're likely to use again. I'm considering using Envirosax or Chico Bags - these totes fold up small for grocery shopping convenience.

Hi, I have 25 extra bags. Sadly, they're paper (brown kraft)...I bought them before I realized I could have gotten canvas totes for about the same price. Not so eco-friendly in the fact that they're paper, but I probably would have tossed them in my recycling bin if I couldn't find someone to buy them post-wedding. They're from Paper Mart, the brown kraft ones:

PM me if you're interested!

If you live close to a Whole Foods, they have some cute bags made out of recycled plastic bottles for only $.99 apiece.
