Seriously. I don't pick up the phone if I don't have to, I keep to myself and just throw myself into something I can work (a feeling that I have accomplished something really helps). Those are also the days I find it helpful to take a quiet walk around my neighborhood either by myself or with our pugs. :) Maybe pick up a book and read something fun? Cook/bake something yummy (I know baking helps me!)? Take a warm bath when you have a moment?
