April of 2009 and our color scheme is aqua and plum. We are using sweet peas and lisianthus. The centerpieces will have stock and roses. The flowers will be in the purple family. They pop against the aqua. It will be beautiful!

May 09 and our colour scheme is pastel pink, gold (champagne), ivory white and black (thrown in only because of I am using the gocco for the invites and well, when the fonts don't turn out well, at least I can touch them up) :) For the reception, I am using white orchids in pots and jars tied with pink polka dotted ribbons and I havent decided for the dinner! If you need help with colour schemes, do check out snippet and ink website - they have loads of inspiration boards there :)

We're getting married in early May 2010 and right now I'm stuck on black + white with accents of fuscia and a chartreuse/lime color. I'm not a huge tulip fan but I've seen some beautiful centerpieces with white tulips that I might try out. I'm also a huge candle fan so we'll probably use as many candles as possible and not as many flowers!

Good luck!

I'm May 09 (so close!!) and my girls are in Jim Hjelm honeydew green, but their flowers will be bright sorbet-y colors... salmon, coral, peach, pink, and some red. I've used these colors in every aspect of the wedding design so far, from the Jelly Belly favors to the lining of the envelopes (some guests' invite envelopes are lined in solid red, some are in solid honeydew green, etc) and it really looks awesome =) The other accent colors are ivory and black.

I've seen deep blue forget-me-nots, which are very pretty! I'd think they would complement the teal well, since both are gem colors.
