I actually got that picture somewhere from a blog... but I think it's martha. I think you just buy the little business card envelopes in multi colors and glue on scrapbook pages though.. the little cards are just business card size and they make those that you could print yourself (I believe it's an Avery package)!&nbsp;</p> <p>Good luck!
