Depending on what style your dress is, Wendy at Best Bridal in Manhattan may be able to help you. You may need to bring her a picture of the dress. But be warned that she works out of a very small room and you're not going to get all the fru fru of a boutique...they will take scissors to your dress as you stand there. She charged me about $100 for my alterations, which included a 3 point bustle and length/width alterations. If you're interested you can call her at 212-57-2654, but be warned that her prices may vary depending on what you require done to your dress.

Hi Bees,

I purchased my wedding dress at The Bridal Garden, which does have a tailor that they work with, but I was hoping to get some recommendations from anyone who had some work done on their gown and had good results. Comments and price ranges are appreciated!

Thanks!
