Right now at this very moment you need to completely let go of your control and get out of planning mode. I am sure that you have very capable people who are going to be there with you and who know what is supposed to be going on. Let them do the dirty work for you.  Today is your day, enjoy it because it's going to go by so fast!  Things are going to go wrong, that's inevitable. But at the end of the day nobody is going to remember what went wrong (most people probably won't even realize it if something doesn't go perfectly). They are going to remember that you were absolutely stunning and that you married the love of your life, and they are going to be so pleased that you wanted them there to share it with you. I am so sorry that your rehearsal dinner and the whole day didn't quite go as well as you had hoped. And no, you do not have to be happy about it when things go wrong or when your guests are needy. Just remember what today is about and have fun. Isn't it most important that at the end of the day you are a married woman and all of your guests had a great time? Those are the goals for my big day. Appreciate the things that are going to make your wedding day unique. Happy wedding day!!! Then I forgot about all that unimportant stuff and just got into the right mindset and enjoyed the heck out of myself. And I bet you will, too. : )  Just remember to breathe!!
