I'm 40 days before my wedding and I stay in really good shape. However I have some health issues so I've upped the ante on my workout routine. I cannot tell you what blood circulation does to your body and addresses many ailments similar to acupuncture (same concept).

By day 30 I was going to cut out carbs but I am rethinking it. I am thin and I am afraid I will look too skinny :( That's not a good look either. Trust.

Goals:

1. Tone Arms by lifting weights 3x-5x per week

2. Lose 10 lbs by doing The Knot's 6 month workout plan

3. Have more will power and avoid eating out as often (this helps the purse and the belly)

I don't want to lose weight, I want to gain muscle weight! Overall my goal is to strengthen and tone up over the fall (will be experimenting with different workouts), work on my flexibility during winter, and get into a jogging routine in the spring on top of whatever exercise schedule I develop in the next 2-3 months.

My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of December. So far, I'm not really doing anything to meet that goal :/ Hopefully I'll report back at the end of the year with my success story.

I got sick almost 3 years ago and gained 30lbs in 10 days - reasonably I had nothing to do with it. My hormones were nuts. But now I am frustrated I used to shed off weight like it was nothing losing a good 5 to 7lbs a week if I wanted to.

My body height shape measurements everything were identical to Gisele Bunchen when she modeled for VS.

My goal is to be back there by Christmas - I am contemplating joining a new gym or not. But I am currently on an ultra low calorie diet and once I adjust to that I will remove carbs. I also drink a gallon of water a day and I hope to start my workout DVD again soon. I would really like to lose the first 20lbs by the end of October when I travel to meet the future in laws.

You are all very inspiring.

Since I refuse to go to the gym, I am setting a goal to do the 30 Day Shred at least 4 times a week. I did it with SIL a couple months before my wedding but we stopped doing it after about 3 weeks. I really need to get in shape so we are starting again tonight! Its just so hard not getting off work until 6pm and going home and wanting to do it. I always come up with excuses.

I started counting calories last December. I lost about 18 pounds by May. I have about 18 months left, so my plan is to start working on toning my arms and mid-section, and to lose 5 more pounds. Slow and steady!

@Miss Cake - I'd say if you're losing inches, that's awesome! Muscle is just so much more dense than fat, so you probably look absolutely fabulous even if the weight isn't coming down. If you aren't doing cardio yet, that could help you lose pounds as well.

My fitness goal is really just to tone up, and get into good running shape. I started running on the treadmill as opposed to the elliptical and I am so incapable! So I'm working on that for the time being.

At this point, I want to maintain my weight and shape, and continue building muscle. I'd really love to tone my thighs up over the next few months after the wedding.
