We got married on the front steps of an Antebellum home in South Louisiana called Madewood Plantation, which dates back to 1846. The reception was held on the garden patio behind the mansion and we had tents for the dance floor and additional seating. We had the wedding of our dreams at a venue just 10 minutes from my parents’ house where I grew up.
Here are our pro pics by the wonderful Henry McCoy of Baton Rouge, LA. I wish we would’ve had more time to take some creative portraits after the ceremony, but Henry still got some really great shots that I love. http://henrymccoy.com/clientaccess/index.php?do=photocart&viewGallery=268 Access Code: kckline
Here is a link to Henry's blog post about our wedding. It highlights some of the best pics and is pretty funny too, so I had to include it http://www.blog.henrymccoy.com/?p=93
I worked very hard to add my own personal twists to a traditional Southern wedding and I was sooo inspired by Weddingbee, so I can’t wait to hear all of your comments!! (Notice the rose petals that were dropped on us during our kiss! We definitely got all the “awwws” that I imagined.)
wow. wow. wow. I don't think there's a single thing I don't LOVE about your wedding! Great job planning :) Love the color scheme. Love the location. Love the car. The sparkler pictures are too cool! Looks like you guys threw a great party and your friends & family enjoyed helping you celebrate. Congrats!
Your pics are great and your wedding looked beautiful! Our dress was one of my contenders, but I went with a different Alfred Angelo dress! You looked beautiful! Congrats!

And here are a few non-pro pics taken by some of our guests. (We printed cards with uploading instructions & put them on our tables à la Miss Cream Puff... thanks for the idea!) http://picasaweb.google.com/KamieandColby/GuestsWeddingPictures
