I'm 8.8.10! And getting married in Berkeley too - at the UC Berkeley Botanical Gardens. :)
8-8-10 Right here!
We were sorta thinking about 8-8-8, but I really wanted to graduate from college first.
It's still cool though, we will be getting married on August 8th, on our 9th anniversary in 2010!
im 8-8-10 too!! :-D We are substantially behind the ball compared to you--but hopefully by the end of the year I will have a enue as well as a caterer, to add to the dress I've already selected!
looks like there aren't as many 8/8/10's out there as i had thought! :)
personally i think it's the BEST DATE to get married, ever!
in the chinese culture, the number 8 is lucky & is a sign of prosperity. woohoo!

Any other 8/8 brides? We looked at several double digit Sunday dates 4/4, 6/6, 10/10, but 8/8 next year works best for school breaks, family travel, and weather for us. We have a lovely venue on the UC Berkeley campus booked, it includes catering from their restaurant. I started making my dress and have lots of ideas for table decorations, invitations and so much more!
