Weddingbee boards

Yesterday was our wedding day and it was AMAZING! We had a great time. I was so stressed out right up until the day. I couldn't sleep at all the two nights before. Even at the rehearsal dinner people kept bothering me and asking a ton of questions they shouldn't have been asking the Bride. But on the wedding day I got up from bed and everything changed. I just went with the flow and felt great all day. Yeah a few things got messed up, but we just laughed them off. The priest started talking too soon and therefore the gathering song that was my favorite song of the mass wasn't sung (it's the song called For the Beauty of the Earth that is in the 1995 Little Women movie). They forgot to bring communion to the bridesmaids, and programs weren't set out at any of the seats for the bridal party or my husband and I. The funniest thing at our reception was that a 3 year old boy stuck 3 of his fingers in our cake. I had seen it in its perfect state before the 3 year old did that. My dad saw this actually happen and had the caterer fix it. It wasn't too bad. Kind of funny! I didn't hear about it until later in the night, and when my husband and I went to cut the cake it was funny because I mentioned to him "oh look there's a smudge mark, looks like a kid put their hand in it." Little did we know that that was what actually happened!

Don't have any pro photos yet obviously, and no wedding guests have uploaded any photos yet. But I did bring my camera with and got one shot taken the whole day of my husband and I after the ceremony riding around in our limo.

The wedding day really is great! And it's amazing how everyone lends a helping hand to make your day perfect for you! I didn't think anyone would step up to help prior to the day. We felt so much love and support from all our guests and my husband and I are still on an adrenaline rush and beaming from ear to ear. I got so many compliments on the DIY decor and our music selections too. It was great to see that everyone (including ourselves) was having a fun time!
