This is actually a great list.

Stuff definitely goes wrong! It helped me to go into the day knowing that, so it didn’t feel like as big of a deal. My bustle ripped during the first look! I was pissed for a moment (and when it got ripped again in my makeshift pinning). But it really didn’t matter. If that was the worst of the night, then it was pretty great.

I definitely agree to splurge on what matters and trust those professionals. My venue was higher than we all originally wanted, but man, did they deliver on the day! Great staff, great food, atmosphere, etc.

#4 is also great advice. I spent a little time in the morning with my DH before I went to my hair appointment, and it was so nice to get up together and sit around a bit. It really set a relaxed tone for the day, and I was hardly ever frazzled.
