Congrats, congrats! 1000 posts! So exciting! When did you join?
It's been amazing to watch the post counts climb, and it's really encouraging, I think!! :) I went from joining in late October to posting with some regularity right after the holidays, and suddenly I'm a hooked Hostess with nearly 400 posts! Amazing!
I love the boards! I call all the bees my "imaginary friends" when I talk about you guys in the real world (sad, yes, but I do!).

@drifts: I joined in March. (Oh and Mr. Bee used to wear this blue jumper thing that looked a little bit of something like a little baby boy would wear....SOOO sorry Mr. Bee!)

That bee was the simplest icon of the options... I'm a simple guy in a lot of ways, so it suited me. Plus my eyes are pretty dark, so it looked the most like me.
@Mr. Bee: It's so funny because we haven't seen you, and I'm sure we all have ideas of what we think you look like, but for some funny reason I pictured you with blue eyes.

Heh, believe it or not... my bee icon hasn't really come up in conversation! :-)
I am half-Japanese... we usually have brown eyes. Mine just happen to be especially dark!
