If you don't mind a dry reception, Columbus MetroParks and Westerville Parks & Rec have some very pretty locations that are reasonably priced. I went with the Venice Club in North Columbus. I think it's $650 for your wedding date plus $300 deposit ($200 refunded after event, other $100 for professional cleaning). It can hold 130 people inside, but you'll need to provide everything but tables & chairs (food, decorations, linens, etc.). You can have the venue for 10 hours up until midnight. $150 per extra hour (or any hour after midnight) or $300 for 3 hours. You can choose any catering company and can have alcohol.
OMG...I love it. I want a place that will use outside catering. However, I am looking for a place that can hold around 250 people. Is there a place that you know that can hold that many people? I might be able to cut it down to 200.
I got married on a 10K budget. We ended up at North Bank Park, and we were able to provide our own liquor, catering, and anything else. The venue was $200/hr. but I think that they may be raising the price to $225/hr for 2011.It holds 100 without tent and 200 with tent. We had to rent a tent because we had 175 guests. As far as liquor we were able to buy it wholesale, and for our cater we had a Taco Truck!

@Guava: We used Junior's which is located on 5th Ave and Highland in the parking lot of the Family Mart. Carlo's is the owner and is very easy to work with. You might want to visit this site too for more info on other trucks around the city http://tacotruckscolumbus.com/
