Just did Shred, level 2 for the first time today! It was not as bad as I thought it would be and I’ve been on and off level 1 for months.
I’m a newlywed and dragging b/c of so much lazy time with the hubby. Trying to get motivated to tone up and stay healthy. I have to limit calories (or workout) 463 calories a day to lose a pound a week, according to Fitday.
10 pounds in 10 weeks–starting today and get there by 4/4….anybody else in?

I have purchased it! I am searching for the motivation to get started…engagement pictures coming up, so I’ll have to get my booty in gear and get on top of this! I would love to lose 10 lbs before the wedding (9/14/10) so I have time, but don’t want to be chubby through the engagement process..so the sooner tha better!
