Is my mom (doesn’t want to walk down the aisle) the FIRST or LAST one to be seated?
Do the groomsmen walk one-by-one themselves or do they escort the bridesmaids?
I only have three of each (plus my Maid/Matron of Honor and then ring bearers and 1 flower girl), but I would like the processional to be nice and slow and solemn and get everybody in the right mood!

The mother of the bride is the last one to be seated before the processional starts. You can have the groomsmen escort a bridesmaid (which would probably be faster than having everyone walk alone).

Your mom should be the last one of the parents to be seated. The groomsmen can walk with your girls or not it’s however you want it. This is our line up:
Grandparents (his then mine)
Parents (his then my mom)
-The groomsmen will usher the women down the aisle with the respective husband walking behind
Hubby to be
Bridesmaids, with maid of honor coming out last
Me and my Dad
Basically reverse order with the groomsmen coming back up to escort the grandparents and parents down the aisle. Lastly the chaplin will let everyone they are invited to the reception and where it is.

The guys will be hanging out in the back of the church that has a door that enters right to the front of the church/alter area. The guys are just going to walk out from that door. The girls will walk down alone one by one.

My girls are walking down one by one. The guys will be standing with the groomsmen waiting for the girls to come down.
