I feel ya. When they called to tell me mine wouldn't be ready I nearly flipped out. Do you have to go or can your fiancé make the trip to pick them up? Did they just call today? How's Everything else going?
Yay! Hi date twin!! My FI will be working up until 3 days prior so thats pushing it a bit... I don't mind going but it just sucks that I don't know WHEN i'll be going yet! Yeah they just called today... so annoying. Are yours not ready either?
I've just got a tons of DYI stuff to finish, but most other stuff is done oh and I gotta do my vows... :)
I'm getting excited though- its so real now!! Yay!
Ya mine isn't ready either. Only mine won't be for sure. They sized the same ring in a 6 down to a 3 for me to use until the actual ring arrives. The actual ring needs to be made as a 3 because the drastic resizing loosens the hold on the diamonds running around the band. They took the money but didn't make the order so it's taking 16 weeks! Call them twice a day until your rings are ready.
I just have two DYI projects left. And my family finally has their tickets bought to fly down from Canada. Just random stresses left. I'm not artistic or brave enough to write vows :)
I went from calm, no problem to stressed but excited when we hit the 2 week mark. I realized that when the family lands it's time to stop working and start playing. Takes a couple days off my schedule.
Let me know how the ring situation goes.
My wedding band won't come in until the week of the wedding. Very frustrating!
I totally feel your frustration! I'm getting married Friday and my ring still isn't here!!!! Eeek. It *should* be here by Wednesday though.

They rang again yesterday arvo to ask a question about the grooms ring which is supposably finished!! ha! Guess its not. I have tolda them I am coming up this weekend so they need to be ready by then! But i'm still going to call before to make sure they are done.
@MsTeenyTinyWedding: Oh no! That sucks that yours won't be ready... but atleast it sounds like your organised otherwise... I have four more days before I finish work and then I will be a bit more relaxed i think!
woohooo.. the rings are ready!!!! and instead of me driving a 800kms rounds trip my lovely groomsman has offered to pick them up and bring them down!!!! yaaaaay! Can't wait to see them- hope they are right with 10 DAYS left not much I can do if they don't come!
I hope everyone else has good news soon too! :)

urrrggghh. we have 12 days until our wedding and the jewellers just called to say our rings STILL aren't ready :( His is, but mine is still at the engravers! I'm getting a bit stressed as our rings are being made 400kms away so I'm going to lose a day in prep to go get them. The jewellers KNOW that we live far away!! They have taken 2 weeks longer than estimated... :( They best be right because if they are not there won't be time to fix them! :(
