Have you tried one on, to see how it would look with your ring?

That is where I’d start in the process.

Personally, when I went looking for my WBand(s), I thought I wanted a 1.5 to 2.0 mm… but after trying them on, thought it was just too thin for me.

Hence, my Plain WBand is 2.5 – 2.75 mm, and my Sparkly 3.0 mm wide.

Commenting to follow. My potential wedding bands will be ringing in at just over $5k, so I need some alternatives before my FH has a heart attack, haha.

I have a solitaire as well and the tiffany metro is 1mm and just a perfect match. It leaves an almost indiscernible gap between my e-ring and band.

I  initially wanted a 1mm wedding band, because I didn’t care for wearing another ring with my e-ring…but then I started loving more significant wedding bands, and appreciating how much bling can be added! That and thin rings actually don’t look good on my hands.

Here’s a 1.5mm diamond band on my size 4.75 finger. The camera flash makes it look more substantial than it really is. It’s quite thin!

@mepayne:  this doesn’t exactly answer your question, just for size comparison. 1mm promise ring, and along with 1.5mm wedding band (I don’t have an e-ring). Size 4.5. Both from Zales.

@mepayne:  Are you going to get a wband that exactly matches your e-ring?  Or is it going to have some bling or other embellishment?

Mine’s super thin. It’s an heirloom – maybe look into estate jewelers?

Mine is 1mm- I got it off of etsy (and it’s under your budget!) It’s 14k white gold. I got it initally because me and FI couldn’t decide on a band but it worked out well because after we purchased it I was given an heirloom wedding band that wouldn’t sit flush with my solitare- so I will be using this as a ‘spacer’ ring, or my band when I am traveling. This is not the box the ring came in, it’s just the first one I grabbed for a photo~ I will have to edit this later when I find the sellers name again (Or you can PM me if you like!)

@mepayne:  I thought that too when I dug it out of my email box- they have changed the stock photo since I made my purchase. There was another seller that is on Etsy that makes one similar but for a bit more?

@ceebree:  It is really nice though, having it be so subtle. This is what it looks like with my other band, it keeps them from rubbing together or pinching my finger.
