Looks so beautiful! Im glad you had such a great 1st anniversary. I got married one day after you so we celebrated our first anniversary this weekend too. Saturday night we went to a restaurant in Long Beach called the Sky Room. We have had a gift card there for 1.5 years so its about time we used it! Sunday we did a "stay-cation" and stayed at a newer hotel in Long Beach, the Maya. It is pet friendly so we got to take our dog with us! We spent the day there hanging out and walking around. That night we walked about 5 minutes down the street to where we had our wedding and had an anniversary dinner there. Our server was the girl who helped coordinate the ceremony for us, she actually remembered us so that was funny.
All in all we had great food and relaxed all weekend. DH took the day off from work but I had to go in. Went in a couple hours later though so that was nice :)
Oh and we did have our year old wedding cake, it was actually delicious so a special thanks to my MIL who froze it for us!

Congrats on your 1st anniversary! The B&B is beautiful!!! I have a thing for them because my hubby proposed to me last July at the B&B we go to. :)

Wow, that place looks amazing and so relaxing. Congrats on your 1year anniversary! Time is definitely flying for us too. We need to figure out what we want to do for ours since we didn't do a honeymoon but also we will have our first baby in tow too! Hmmm...

Ours is coming up sooo fast! We are going to Jamaica the last week in July to celebrate! It's our delayed honeymoon/first anniversary trip. :) We are SOOO excited!!!!

Hey ladies!
Wow, I can't believe it's already been a year since we tied the knot!
Mr. LL and I went away for the weekend to Palm Springs (only a two hour drive for us) and stayed at this great B&B, Korakia.
It was so intimate, relaxing, and serene--thought I would share some pictures
I'm so glad we got a chance to get away and spend time together since our summer is really crazy this year with hubby's internship.
We didn't have cake at our wedding, but instead we celebrate with a bottle chianti we picked up on our honeymoon in Italy.
we hiked up to a waterfall (freezing cold water in the 100+ degree desert!)
and spent the rest of the time lazing and reading by the pool.
2 days was way too short, but it was nice to get away!
We decided to spend money shopping at the outlet malls, instead of gifts. We are such lazy gift buyers!
