I've always been told that CD1 is the first day of true AF bleeding. So I'd go with Monday - it wasn't a full day, but it was teh first day that wasn't just spotting. Ultimately, it won't affect things that much if your cycle starts a day early or a day late, but if it were me, I'd pick Monday.
sorry-I'm dumb. I lciked tuesday but meant Monday. It's whenever you see RED BLOOD & "flow". Not just specs or spots. You started CD1 at 9pm Monday. If ANYTHING it might be Tuesday but def not wednesday.
I always go with the first day I have full blood - whether it's morning or evening. I picked Monday! :)

make a huge difference when TTC but i was just curious when to start counting! AF appearing at 9pm on Monday evening made me question it!
My doctor told me that you don't count spotting as CD1 unless you spot for 3 or more days. Then you'd count the 4th day of spotting as CD1. In your case I'd say Monday!

I appoligize in advance if this is a stupid question. But what day would be counted as day 1 of my cycle.
Sunday: spotting all day
Monday: spotting all day but then around 9pm i received AF.
Tuesday: AF all day
Is Monday or Tuesday considered Day 1?
