Wow, that's a lot. Good for you. I'm not a cyclist, so I have nothing to offer except to say that I'm sure you'll have a good ride and you can do it!
Wow, congrats on this commitment! You're going to do great!
I never did more than 100km in a day (is this 60miles?) but what helped get me back on my bike the day after was to have good recuperation formula/drinks so that your muscles don't feel too soar to do anything after the first day.
Also, you have a few months to prepare, so just train, build strength in your legs; and on your two day ride, take it easy!

Any road bikers in the crowd? I've just committed to doing a 2 day, 200 mile ride this summer and I'm nervous! I've only started road riding in the past year and the most I've done in a day is 60 miles which was tough for me.
Any tips?
