In the past week I’ve learned…
I can be more stressed than I ever imagined.
I can handle an extreme number of tasks per day.
It really IS possible to have a breakdown if you keep pushing feelings aside as your nerves swell due to the huge life change of marriage! 😛
Hot baths, chocolates and reminders I am in front of people for a living really do help with the stress lol
the people there for you on your wedding day are valuable! hold those friends close and be willing to let other friends fall by the wayside if they suddenly drop out of coming or doing anything they had promised you months before (this morning was kind of sad for me)
Promise to focus on yourself and your SO as you go into the day, promise you will let nothing dampen your happiness.
Remember to keep up your health! Vitamins, water, eating well, etc are essential. Although I’m nervous, I try to take melatonin before bed every night to get a good sleep.
