So...we figured out that the only way to please everyone (and to fit everyone) was to have two separate reception/reception venues...

That means...one on Sept 6, and another on Sept 7!!!

Sept. 6 will mainly be for family, and the 7th will be for friends mostly. I am stressing out because as much as I have figured out centerpieces, decor, etc for the 7th, we just booked the venue for the 6th today, and there is just so much work to do with the new venue. The venue for the 6th isn't as pretty, and so I figure we will need to have the ceiling draped at the very least. I don't even know how much that is going to cost. My Fiance's brother will be the photographer for the 6th so that takes care of photography. I have to find another videographer for the 6th as well...*sigh*

Also, am I supposed to do the first dance on both days? LOL...and  what about the rest of the traditions? Bleh...I just had to vent.

O my goodness, why would you do that to yourself, sounds like a lot of extra headache all in a row, is there anyway you could hold off a little on one of them?

do a "first dance" at the first one and then have a special dance at the second one to open the dance floor- maybe to a more upbeat song? I would treat the one on the 6th as an after party- after the ceremony! As far as the venue- what time of day will it be? is there any way you could hit the lights and lite the tables and dance floor? Then you wont even see the ceiling! Plus little lights are cheap!
