hello, We ordered custom suits through EPH appearl back in may and they were scheduled to come in july… it is now sept 5th and only one groomsman has recieved his suit. the groomsman were suppose to wear just pants and a vest but EPH never even made vests, which we didnt learn until the one suit arrived. So we are 4 suits short and no vests. the business is not responding to me emails. Anybody with some experience or legal knowledge know if there is anything that can be done to either be refunded or somehow be compensated for the fact we have to hunt down suits in 2 weeks and have paid $ for suits that havnt arrived/ incompletely arrived??

Jen041815: i have an email address for customer service and they have been telling me “the suits should be there tomorrow” for the last two weeks. and in regards to vests not being ordered they apologized but that is all.

Ask them for a tracking number. Get ready with a Plan B but don’t buy anything till the last possible minute (like, day before the wedding). If they fail to deliver and you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charge but many credit card companies won’t get involved in a dispute till after the vendor fails to deliver in time for the wedding.
