Hi bees! I’m not the mind of girl who fb posts about my weight loss journey, and typically keep it private. However, I am just so excited and need to share! I startEd on the first of the year. I’ve been keeping a paleo diet, for the most part, drinking over a gallon a day, and going to cardio kickboxing/boxing classes 4-5x per week. Today, I have lost 20lbs! I am hopeful that I can lose another 20 by my may 17 wedding. Either way, I feel great. It’s amazing how much easier my classes are now that I’m not tugging 20lbs around. If youve made progress, or just love the way you are.. Share with me!

Congrat girl!!! I lost 14.6 lbs as of today since last summer. THe best compliment was the girl at bridal store told me i’s amazing each time she fit me in the wedding gown, I am always thinner compare to the last time. he he

Congrats!! I’m doing Weight Watchers and just starting my 3rd month. I’ve lost almost 15 lbs AND am almost in the normal weight range (BMI-wise). YAY for hard work and results! My total goal is 32 lbs so I’m almost halfway there!! I’m also hoping to lose that by my wedding on 6/28 😀
