When I put together my registry I was careful about making sure there were enough items at lower price points so that there would be enough variety for every budget. Well since then, a few items have become discontinued and unfortunately they were all items around $20! Now I am browsing for a few more items to add to balance it back out.. anyone have any suggestions for relatively inexpensive registry items? I feel like it’s always good to hear about what other people have selected in case they’ve thought of something you haven’t!

Looking at our own registry: towels, baking pans, kitchen utensils (measuring cups, spatulas..), cutting boards…

I second what Miss Bracelet said — that’s what makes up most of our under $20 list
We also have a spoonrest, salt and pepper shakers, cookbooks, some serving pieces by B. Smith, placemats, napkins, napkin rings, lime/lemon squeezer, rolling pin, bathroom stuff (wastebasket, toothbrush holder, etc), USB port/surge protector power strip, fruit infusion pitcher, kitchen cabinet storage organizers, trivets, coasters, paring knife with a cover for picnics, can opener, and a silocone baking mat.
Plus a lot more stuff, lol.

Butter boy! It’s like $8 and will never be discontinued (or at least it better not be).

Oh we have the butter boy on ours. I love that little guy!

Yeah, I was thinking of bakeware, cookie sheets, cutting boards, strainers — things that it can be really nice to have multiples of!

@UpstateCait: HAHA i had to google that one.. because the “butter boy” i know of is a brand of lube

Not sure where you are registered, but we registered at CB and for multiples under $20, we had:
– Servingware (platters/appetizer plates)
– Some decorative items on the smaller side (e.g. vases, small frames)

ERMAGERD BUTTER BOY!
Just keep browsing! Don’t fill it with “crap” you don’t want, though!
ETA: We love those Oxo plastic storage containers!!

Misto olive oil sprayer
set of kitchen funnels (useful if somewhat obscure gadget)
pizza cutter & pizza stone
salt & pepper shakers, or salt & pepper grinders/mills
“chop to pot” cutting board (flexible silicone so you can cut on it, then pick it up and bend it to funnel whatever you just cut into the pot)
extra towels are always useful
cream & sugar containters

@pineapplelove: Haha. Well, you could technically register for some of that too if you have a fiesty bunch.
@SN2BMRSB: Apparently they make a whole butter family but I’ve only ever seen the boy. @thewheelsonthebus (she used to be a regular but has been MIA) came across the whole clan in her travels.
