    I've been trying to find out what the 2010 Wedding Stamp will be from USPS.

    Doesn't look like there will be one? HERE's the Press Release.

    Here's the 2010 Love Stamp:

    2010 Love Stamp :  wedding 12

    I like the King & Queen of Hearts better.

    Does anyone know when the 2010 version starts circulating will they stop the 2009 version then?

    Thanks!

    Try for a vintage LOVE Stamp on ebay or other stamp collecting websites if there are not any choices offered this year. Just make sure they are UNused.

    I just purchased the LOVE Roses 45cent stamp from 1988 online.2010 Love Stamp : wedding Love Stamp

    You can buy the King & Queen stamps now, but they will probably disappear in May when the new one is released....we're mailing before then anyway but I bought ours super early because I really didn't like the new ones. There's no first-class postal increase this year, so it's safe to buy them if you're mailing before the end of the year.

    I bought out the last of the King & Queen stamps from my local Post Office.  The guy had to look in back and ask all his coworkers to check their drawers!  I think they'll be sold out soon.

    Yeah if I can't get the King & Queen ones when they start releasting the 2010 version I'm buying them now!

    Note To Self: Recalculate how many invites are going out and buy stamps tonight!

    Yes!

    You can order stamps through the USPS website. only costs $1 to ship and much more convenient than tracking stamps down at your local post offices. Plus they have a bigger variety. anyone up for silver screen cowboy stamps?? haha I sercetly want them!

    The new Abstract Impressionist ones are super cool and BIG the biggest one is 2.5'' x 1.5'' or so. They are $0.44.

    yeah... stamp geek here.

    @Miss Stephanie,

    I was thinking that if my colors were purple it would be perfect!

    Lucky you!

    OK. I'm just going to order the King & Queens now before you ladies buy out the Post Office!

    I don't know what the King and Queens stamp is, but I love this one.  I think it only comes in 2 ounce 61cent stamps though.

    This one isn't too horrible if you were doing a purple wedding.

    What about custom stamps? Anyone tried them? Are they more expensive?

    hehe Whoops!  I got so into looking at all the stamps I forgot that one was already posted!

    I just ordered a few custom stamps when snapfish was having their sale.  They had packs of 20 stamps on sale for $9 and when you spend more than $35 you got $10 off.  They came out to REALLY cheap.

    So now I have 60 custom stamps.  Should I save these for my 75 invitations?

    @caszos,
    I'm so bummed I miss that deal! I can't believe I didn't' get a email from Snapfish about that!

    And of course now I'm reading the Related Posts and see that someone posted the deal!

    Those are pretty, but I like the King and Queen ones because they match my orange/green color scheme perfectly. I better order them before they get discontinued completely!

    I just bought the purple flower stamps.  The postal worker said they'd be available until they run out.  So that may be the case for the king and queen stamps as well. I thought there'd be more of a set deadline.  They're very pretty acutally. I'm having a purple wedding, so they work well for me.

    oooooooh, since I am doing purple I'm not complaining! :) Probably won't use them for invites, but definitely a possibility for thank you notes!
