I know wedding magazines like to tout the "latest color craze" but I have found that weddings really don't tend to follow what is pronounced the IT colors. So would you care to share your color scheme or palletes? Would love to know what is really being used by real brides.
@ wreathartist: I am using Coral, peach, and light orange. My mom is making my unity candle set and luminares and it is seeming to be impossible to find the right shades for me.
Our colors are red and yellow; primarily red, with yellow accents. I like the combo but there's also some sentimental value attached to the colors. :)
Bright green, with pops of bright fushia, deep purple, and bright orange.
Pool Blue/Aqua/Tiffany Blue/Teal (this color goes by many names!) and sunny yellow
Navy Blue and Sage Green our my main colors and I am using Ivory, Sunny Yellow, and some hints of Chocolate for accent colors.
Same as AClaire in the fact that we're having turquoise or aqua (depending on your own opinion) as the primary colour with red. Love it!
Fuschia with accents of light pink and light green
Raspberry and Apricot, with cream here and there to lighten it up. Love happy bright colours!
wow, each as different, beautiful and as unique as the bride. Thanks for sharing and would love to hear more.
blingybride - what is in the jars on the table? I can't tell but it is beautiful inspiration
wreathartist- sorry, no clue. just one of my inspiration pictures I've used for colors/style. :(
Aqua/teal/Tiffany blue and orange/coral, with cream accents. I'm looking for things in ranges of those shades and not sticking to two exact colors.
Royal blue and Lime green! Although there are some various shades of those colors depending on what element it is (such as the flip flops versus the shade of blue the BMs are wearing). :)
@tarheelgrad98: same here! more apricot/coral than bright orange though
Navy Blue and Cream. I loved how simple the combo is. I'm thinking of adding a little peach so it doesn't look parochial.
Light blue (pool) and light purple (lavender)
Our colors are Burgundy and Vegas Gold with tiny hints of pink scattered in (mostly in the candy buffet table).
Ours are similar to yours, blingybride!
We are doing gold and ivory, with accents in the coral/pale peach range.
My main colors are black and pewter (dark silvery gray). My main accent is a rasberry hot pink and my secondary accent is a dark plum purple. Colors are similar to:
Hot pink and bright orange here, with a little bit of yellow as an accent. I'm loving the bright happy colors!
I'm not 100% yet, but I think it's black, white, lemon yellow, soft pink, raspberry, and grey.
