amelliafay:  A little late, but I was just researching this very thing myself 🙂

My Venue rental is 3pm – 11pm; that timeline is more clear cut, earlier is more vague.

12:30: Photographer arrives at start locations

1 – 2:30: is dead time?  I don’t want to change into my dress yet or do the first look till we get to the venue.  Have to work on this part & photographer arrival time.

3:30: first look & some garden photos

4:30: Guest start arriving

5: ceremony

5.30 – 6:30: Cocktail hour, more photos
