3. I stopped breathing as a baby for no reason, the nurse in the nursery looked over and I was blue. I had to wear a breathing monitor at night for 6 months as a baby.

Oh fun!
1. I love books, to the point where I worked in a bookstore solely for the discount (and proximity to new titles!) I believe my paychecks only furthered my collection, and not my grad-school fund.
2. My favorite dessert is Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake - from a box, with canned icing and vanilla icecream, mashed in a bowl. Homemade has never compared.
3. I love everything about coffee, but can no longer drink it because of a stomach condition (too much acid in coffee...and orange juice.)
4.Throughout university, I was legitimately addicted to caffeine. The withdrawal following the above diagnosis was hell.
5. That being said, I can drink anything caffeinated (energy drinks, tea, coffee/espresso) at any point in the day and not be affected.
6. I realized only after a month on Weddingbee that Smarties are completely different in Canada than they are in the US. In Canada, US Smarties are called 'Rockets'.
7. I've re-read each of the Harry Potter books a minimum of four times. I know....
8. The invention I am waiting for the most is the teleporting machine - I hate the time it takes to get places (and the distance between me and FI)
9. I'm doing a placement for grad school that I absolutely loathe. 20 (working) days left.
10. I have Seasonal Affective Disorder. I am cold and miserable from November to April of every year.
11. If I could do anything without consequence, I would drop out of grad school and become a pastry chef. And open a bakery.
12. The registry item I want the most is a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer (for the aforementioned bakery), preferably in pink or cinnamon. (nwr??)

9. When I was little my friend and I used to go around the neighborhood with blankets on our heads (even in the middle of summer) and go door to door pretending we were orphans begging for food. lol
10. I have t-shirts from elementary school. They still fit. I still wear them. I will never get rid of them!!!

12. I used to be addicted to facebook until my demon job blocked it.
13. My 1 dog pepito steals my undewear, socks, bras, scarves and anything else he can get his little mouth on and drags them around the house... so it looks like my fiance and i are always getting naked in the living room.
14. My other dog Thor is 100lbs and thinks he's a lap dog... what a mamma's boy.

1. I love my city. I will be carried out of it feet first.
2. Despite having spent my formative years in the South and gone to college in that region, I have no accent.

8. Fall and winter are, in my opinion, superior seasons. Too much sunshine makes me cranky.
9. Making lists and categorizing things is a hobby of mine. I even have a favorite pen, for pete's sake.
10. One of my other hobbies is planning and designing parties that I will never throw. NYC apartments are bad for entertaining.
11. My mother has tried to teach me to knit at least four times. One of these attempts ended with a needle embedded in a throw pillow.

13. I obsess over my own and others' grammar, but am guilty of heinous misspellings in almost every single message board post I write.
14. If I weren't in law, I would want to be a dermatologist.
15. My most recent apartment was chosen solely for the built-in book shelves. I <3 storage spaces.

17. My favorite animal is the tiger, but I'm allergic to cats.

1. I'm petrified of birds. They have talons and they peck your eyes out. Terrifying!
2. My dog is afraid of shiny surfaces, and life in general. He provides hours of entertainment.

1) I am a librarian who struggles with her "inside voice". (I'm a New Yawkah, whaddya want from me?) It's really embarrassing to be shushed at!!!
2) I collect rubber duckies to the point where other people are alllllways buying them for me as little gifts.
3) I LOVE the Yankees!!!!
4) I am commissioner of a competitive, buy-in fantasy baseball league, including FH, my parents, my brothers, and our friends.
5) Happiness = bottle of red wine, fresh mechanical pencil, new book of newspaper crosswords, cookies, blanket.
6) I always play the drums on Guitar Hero/Rock Band. I'm dying to have time to do the Ringo tutorials on Beatles RB.
7) 90% of my necklaces and bracelets are from goodwill, street fairs, and flea markets. I am always getting complimented on my least expensive finds.
8) Junkies really piss me off.
9) I am extremely punctual and hate waiting around for people. I have taught myself to be 5 minutes late to everything (within reason) so I'm less irritated with others.
10) My first concert was New Kids on the Block at the Meadowlands, 1989.
11) I can't wait for "American Idiot" and "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots" to hit Broadway.
12) I am a total candyholic. I could give up allllll of my other vices easily...but not candy.
13) My 2010 New Year's resolution was to cut out beer, except at sporting events, and then to stick to lite beer. Because...
14) I frickin hate working out. I love to dance and go for long walks through Prospect Park...but I do not like exercising! Wii Fit and EA Active help, but not enough.
15) People think I am evil because I do not let them eat or talk on their cell phones in the public library. *devil horns*
16) I lament the death of courtesy, gratitude, and manners. I am so sick of other people's disgusting behavior. Why are you clipping your nails on the subway?
17) I too buy lots of shoes that I never wear.
18) FH and I have two bad kitties named Buster and Gypsy (brother and sister littermates!). Gypsy is very friendly and totally cute, but is sneaky! She figured out how to turn on the radio next to our bed to wake us up on weekends. She also knocks things onto the floor if we don't pay enough attemtion to her. If there are 20 items on a table, she will knock down only the important ones. Buster is emo, always looking out the window, and pretends that he hates being touched.
19) Judy Blume is my personal hero.
20) Male actors don't really do it for me, but I love Johnny Damon & Derek Jeter, and Brandon Boyd from Incubus. I do have a lady-crush on Kat Dennings (even though I am way older than her...).
21) My favorite movies are Goodfellas and Forrest Gump. My admissions essay for the university I ended up at was based on Forrest Gump.
22) I have never had sushi and do not plan to, despite FH's best efforts.
23) I cannot cook at all - yes I can make things warm, but it stops there. FH says that he's glad I realize my limitations - this way he never has to pretend to like anything I make. He is an EXCELLENT cook.
24) My latest TV obsessions: True Blood, Man Vs. Food, Solitary, Important Things w/ Demetri Martin, Sarah Silverman Program, and Cake Boss.
25) Legos are awesome and I wish I still had my 2 huge buckets from childhood.

1. I'm studying to be a nurse, I'll graduate at the end of this year, but now I really want to be a teacher. :-S
2. I have 2 kitties called Cosmo and Cleo. I love them so much that sometimes I do this involuntary little squiggley dance to show my emotion.
3. My mum is a lesbian. Her partner is pregnant with their first child together, so I'll be getting a little sister in April!
4. I already have a sister and 2 stepsisters from my dad's partner.
5. I love to bake, and cook, but also to eat.
6. I lost 12 kilos (~25lbs) last year.
7. I really really really want to go to Europe.
8. I am planning a kick ass 21st for next month.
9. I used to be really depressed and self harm when I was a teen.
10. I was bullied so bad when I was 14 that I stayed home from school at least 2 days a week. I would have a panic attack if mum tried to make me go.
11. I live in Melbourne Australia, it's really hot today because it's summer time here.
12. I work as a nanny, but I don't think I'm very good at my job.
13. I have massive feet. They are size 11-12. When I did my debutante ball I had to buy my shoes for $300 at a shop that makes shoes for people with dwarfism and giantism. Seriously.
14. I love singing in the car/shower really really loudly.
15. I love Vietnamese food. I travelled Vietnam after I finished high school and I loved it.
16. I have 6 large tubs of craft supplies in my study/craft room. I hardly use any of it because I'm 'saving it for something special' but really I'm just a hoarder.
17. I used to write Harry potter fanfiction.
18. I am a terrible dancer, but I still always want to sign up for dancing lessons after watching centre stage.
19. I write lists of all the lists I have to write.
20. I too can't stand putting clothes away. I love washing, hanging out, and folding clothes, but I hate putting them away.
21. I currently have about $4000 credit card debt and nothing to show for it.
22. I have no idea what you all are talking about when you say smarties. Smarties come on boxes here!
23. I often feel overwhelmed by all the things I want to do with my life and how I only have like 60-80 years left if I'm lucky to do it all in.

10. I LOVE chocolate, except for Hershey's (with the exception of the cookies n'cream bars), anything with nuts, or orange-flavored.
11. I think Tootsie Rolls are gross. They are vile chocolate impersonators.
12. I've lost almost 10 lbs. since the beginning of January just by changing what and how much I eat, along with a couple days a week of exercise. No crazy diets.
13. Kittens make my life. If there's one in the same room, no one else exists. Sorry, FI! ;)
14. My parents dressed me up as a lobster for my 4th Halloween. They made the costume out of felt. My sister got to be a crab.
15. I LOVE the show Bones but hate horror movies.
16. I get little frustrated when I see people who got engaged after me getting married before I do.
17. I love the next to hottest and hottest sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings, but FI will only eat the second-mildest! ;)

19. I am a major FB creeper. It's bad. I love seeing people's new photos, etc.
20. I talk to other drivers when I get mad at them, i.e., when they don't use a blinker, etc. I know they can't hear me, but it makes me feel better.
21. I don't like shopping at big-chain pet stores because I once saw an undercover movie of how they get their small animals (mass breeding in tiny cages with filth everywhere, etc.)
22. Speaking of pets, mine get Christmas gifts every year.
23. I'm a terrible interrupter.
24. Being an art student, I see nudie models on a regular basis, and it's incredible where people deem necessary to pierce themselves. O.O
25. I have a strong distaste for everything banana-flavored, except for banana bread.

3) I traveled the US for 2 years working on construction sites
4) I took a break from school to travel and am SO SO happy to get back to it
5) I am FINALLY getting to move back home to Oklahoma in mid-March
6) I love to dye my hair fun colors
7) I love clothes and shoes but dont really like shopping for them
8) I LOVE working...weird I know
9) I have 6 piercings & my ears (4 right at my collar bone, my lip and bellybutton)

12) My FI is from California and I am from Oklahoma but we met in Washington
13) I was born and raised in Oklahoma but spend every summer in Portland, OR

17) I fully just looked at my FI and said "I have a balding FI" and he made fun of me for using that abbreviation in my sentence
18) That was the first time I have ever used an abbreviation in a sentence
