I actually just bought this dress yesterday and now I am already having second thoughts about it. I worry that the bottom is too poofy looking and my fiance might not like it. It is an anais colleziani that was $599 on sale. I always over analyze everything and second guess myself and I hate that! I am also very cheap when it comes to buying things so I start worrying about the money I spent. I loved it on, but now looking at this picture I am just not sure. I would just like a few opinions. Thanks.

I over analyse too. But, I think it looks lovely and really suits you. It’s not poofy at all. There’s one element of my dress that I know my FI is unsure of but I know as soon as he sees me in it he’ll love it. He’ll love you in it, you look fabulous!

It looks really great and is not poofy at all! If you ARE worried about the poof and want a sleeker look, I bet you could take out a layer of tulle.

I think that it is an amazing dress at an amazing price and if you loved it enough to buy it then it will be great. I don’t know how your FI couldn’t like that dress, especially when you are the one in it.

That looks beautiful on you! I am so jealous and can’t wait to go try on dresses myself (appt on Jan. 22nd!). My FI wants me to wear a huge poofy dress and that is so not my style. I told him this and he said he will be blown away by whatever I wear, he has never seen me as a bride before!

I love the dress and it looks great on you!! Don’t second guess it!

it’s so pretty on you! i don’t think it’s too poofy at all, but if you’re still worried about closer to your wedding you can easily cut out a layer of the tulle.

Ohhhhh…you look so pretty! And what a deal! I don’t think the dress is too poofy. Like PP said, ask to have a layer of tulle cut out (that’s what I am going to do w/my dress). Your FH is going to think your gorgeous!

i think its really pretty. I had 2nd thoughts on my dress all the way up until i got it fitted and got to try it on again last week. i love it so much even though i had major dress regret. I dont think the bottom is too poofy at all but there are def things you can do to tone it down. play around when you get to the alterations place, they will be able to show you how it will look… Earlier, when i was struggling with my dress decision my sister would tell me that you cant really get a good idea of how you will look and feel on your wedding day but with your hair done up and makeup on you will feel wonderful in your dress 🙂

I keep checking this picture of me in this dress out and even though the comments made me feel much better for awhile I am still unsure. ahhh. haha. I have to just stop looking at it because there is no way that I will buy yet another one. Do you think it would be nicer as a sweet heart top? Maybe I could have it altered as a sweetheart and I wonder how it will look bustled? I should have looked into that more there but wasn’t thinking. Anyway thanks again!

I think this dress looks fantastic on you! I don’t think it looks too puffy on the bottom, but like someone else already suggested, you can take out a layer of tulle on the bottom, so it doesnt poof out at the bottom. I thnk you made a great choice, and the price was great, too!!
