That might be a good place to start. Then you can contact that person to make sure things are going to go as planned.
Yes, there is noone to cover her at this point. If need be the banquet manager will have to step in but I feel so uneasy about all of this b/c I've been dealing with her the whole time!
This is unacceptable! I am so sorry you are having to deal with this! If you have paid to have the coordinator demand a refund. Meanwhile, get in touch with the banquet manager and see how he/she plans to handle the dinner.

My mom has been trying for the past two days to get a hold of our venue coordinator and she found out today that she has been out of the office "due to a family emergency." Our rehearsal and dinner is tomorrow at the venue and I'm freaking out. They have no idea as to when she will be back in.
